2019 GÜNÜMÜZDE VE GELECEKTE KRİPTO PARALAR - CRYPTO COINS IN THE FUTURE

Geçmişten günümüze, ekonomik ve sosyal faaliyetlerin sürdürülmesi için gerekli olan fonların taraflar arasında transfer edilmesi, devam eden bir sorun alanıdır. Büyük miktardaki fiziki paranın transferindeki zorluklar ya da elektronik ödeme sistemleri üzerinde çeşitli otoritelerin kontrol gücü, ekonomik faaliyetleri kısıtlayabilmektedir. Teknolojik gelişmeler para transferini kolaylaştırırken; merkezi otoritelerin elektronik para transferi üzerindeki kontrol gücü halen devam etmektedir. Bu nedenlerden dolayı, yeni bir değer değişim sistemi olan kripto para birimi ortaya çıkmıştır. Kendi çalışma kurallarına sahip kripto paralar, herhangi bir finansal aracı olmaksızın taraflar arasında elektronik ödemeleri mümkün kılan sistemlerdir. Ayrıca artan işlem hacimleri ve toplam piyasa değerleri ile kripto paralar, ekonomilerdeki pek çok kesimin dikkatini çekmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, blok zincir (blockchain) teknolojisi, kripto para(cryptocurrency) ve dünya üzerinde kripto paralara ilişkin düzenlemeleri incelemektir. Blok zincir teknolojisi ve kripto para sistemleri oldukça yeni hizmetler olmalarına rağmen, ekonomik ve sosyal yaşamın birçok alanında kullanılması mümkündür. Özellikle blok zincir teknolojisi geleneksel iş modellerini derinden değiştirecek bir teknolojidir. Between parties, the transfer of funds that are required to sustain the economic and social activity is an ongoing problem area from past to present. Difficulties in the transferring large amounts of physical money or the control power of various authorities on electronic payment systems may restrict economic activities. While the technological advancements made easier to transfer money; the central authorities' control power over electronic money transfer is still ongoing. For these reasons, cryptocurrency, which the new a value change system, has emerged. The cryptocurrency, which has their own operating rules, are systems that enable electronic payments between parties without a financial intermediary. Moreover, with increasing transaction volumes and total market values, cryptocurrency attract the attention of many sectors in economies. The purpose of this study is to examine blockchain technology, cryptocurrency and regulations of cryptocurrency around the world. Although the blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency system are newly services; it is possible to use in many areas of economic and social life. Especially, the blockchain technology is a technology that can change the traditional business models deeply.

2018 Combustion Properties of Oriental Beech Wood (Fagus Orientalis L.) Which were Left to Seasonal Conditions

In addition to its positive features such as being a renewable, durable and lightweight material, wood also has drawbacks such as burning and deformations in outdoor conditions. This study was carried out to determine the changes in the combustion characteristics and weight loss of the Oriental beech (Fagus orientalis Lipsky) wood exposed to seasonal effects on outdoor. For this purpose, after Oriental beech samples were prepared according to ASTM-E 160-50 and they were impregnated with tanalith-E (T) and wolmanit-CB (WCB) according to ASTM-D 1413-76, synthetic (Syn) and water-based (Wb) varnish were applied according to ASTM-D 3023. At the beginning of the seasons (summer, autumn, winter, spring), the samples were left to outdoor and then were subjected to combustion tests at the end of the season to determine temperature values, time of collapse (TC), total time of combustion (TTC) and weight loss (WL) during the combustion (FS, SC, EC stage). The effect of the seasons was the most decisive factor in the experiments. After combustion weight loss was the highest in autumn (94.9%) and lowest in summer (92.1%). Summer samples showed the highest temperatures values in FS, SC and cooled rapidly at the EC stage. The opposite values were obtained during the spring and winter seasons. Impregnated materials increased the weight loss on combustion.
